Moving in
On your arrival
Parking space
Please reserve a parking space, so that the unloading can go smoothly as well. Your new neighbours will surely be happy to assist you. We can gladly arrange a parking zone for you.
inspection
First check your new rooms for any damages or defects, and if necessary have these confirmed or witnessed.
Residence sketch
Show the confern team a sketch of the residence, so that they know where everything belongs. And please don`t forget to indicate any special requirements or requests.
Name plates
Attach your name plates to the mailbox, door bell and door so that you can be easily found right away.
Craftsmen
confern can organise any craftsmen that are needed to connect household devices and electric devices.
Reading the meter
Read the meters and have the numbers confirmed in writing if possible:
- Gas
- Water
- Electricity
Inspection round
Make an inspection tour of the new rooms with your group leader. Please tell him if everything was handled to your satisfaction. Please check your moved goods for any damages and make a detailed note of these on the labour report. In order to ensure the claim is valid, your written damage notification must be presented no more than a day after delivery in the case of damages visible from the exterior and no more than 14 days after delivery in the case of damages not visible from the exterior. Taking leave
Your confern team now says goodbye. If you were happy with the service, then please tell others. If you were not happy, then please tell us so that we can do it better in future.
